Travelling by public transportation:

From Hauptbahnhof (main rail station) take bus 725 direction ” Hafen”. Change at “Kirchplatz” to the buses 835 or 836 direction “Seestern”.
Get off at “Jugendherberge”.

From Hauptbahnhof (main rail station) take the U-Bahn (the underground trains) number U70, U74, U75, U76, or U77 direction Oberkassel (generally leave from Gleis 3 (platform 3)
Change at “Belsenplatz” to the buses 835 or 836 direction Jugendherberge
Get off at “Jugendherberge”

If travelling light, from Hauptbahnhof (main rail station) take the U-Bahn (the underground train) number U70, U74, U75, U76, or U77 direction Oberkassel (generally leave from Gleis 3 (platform 3). Get off at “Luegplatz” and walk about 10 min along the Rhein river on the “Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring”.
The Youth Hostel is right at the end (where the Düsseldorfstrasse crosses the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring).

Property description

Dusseldorf- the "Little Paris" on the Rhine is well worth more than just one visit. Around the world famous "KÖ" and the lovely Old Town there´s much to see. The architectural highlights in the Media Harbour and the lively variety of art and media lend the city a special flair.

The Dusseldorf City Hostel is situated in the district of Oberkassel and right on the picturesque left bank of the Rhine river. Located directly at the foot of the Rheinknie Bridge, and right across from the Old Town, it is also very close to the city´s centre. All it´s sights are fast and easy to reach.

Due to the central location and comfortable atmosphere, the Dusseldorf Hostel is the perfect address for anyone who wishes to indulge in the various things to see and do which the state capital and region have to offer.

368 beds divided among 96 rooms, all of which have ensuite bathrooms.
A dining/common room is available.
